My house in Glynrhondda Street, Cardiff is for 6 to share. It is situated in the best area of Cathays, right by the Student Union. At the end of the road is Salisbury Road – full of mini markets, cafes, bars, post office, even a Tesco!

 

The rent is £340 per person, per month, inclusive of all bills (but subject to a fair use of gas and electricity – you will need to adjust to the Welsh Weather and bring plenty of woolly jumpers)

All bedrooms are a good size all around 3.9m x 3.9m,

Furniture:  double bed 1.4m wide, wardrobe, desk, chair, chest of drawers, bedside table.

Also curtains, pinboards and bunting!

The house underwent some work in the summer to make it more beautiful – the pictures on this page are old and  for a guideline only. The living room and bedrooms had a makeover and here are some links from when the work was going on.

The contract also includes weekly cleaning of the bathrooms and communal floor areas – the kitchen and rubbish bins are still your responsibility.

We do not require a deposit but rent must be paid 2 months in advance – this means the first payment is double rent.

Payments are made via a UK bank account only, if you don’t have one then we will accept cash and provide you with a receipt.

 

Kitchen facilities include: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 lovely big fridge freezers and 2 cookers with double ovens.
