Our lovely house on Llantwit street is for 6 to share.

It is currently having a brand new roof and and the work is progressing nicely! It is on target to be completed before 1st September.

There are 6 bedrooms – all are a pretty much the same size, about 14 ft square with double beds (4ft 6in x 6ft 6in) desks, wardrobes and other storage.

Here is the kitchen:  washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 2 microwaves, loads of cupboard space. There is another big fridge in the communal area, just through the white door.

 

The communal room has a big American Style fridge, 42in TV (we can arrange a TV contract) and another WC.

It leads out into the garden which is home to our beautiful old apple tree!
