As some of my current tenants know, I’m very laid back and easy going…..but beware the body that crosses me!!!

Last week, through circumstances I can’t relate, I found myself, due to the actions of one prospective tenant, with one of my 5 bed houses (signed to Cardiff University undergraduates back in April) suddenly available again. It was my decision and not taken lightly. It was taken with my obligations to the law and moral obligations to my tenants at the forefront of my mind.

All I can say is I think it was the best decision for me, my house and some of the other housemates who would have been living there.

So…..drawing a line under this ugly affair…….

We have a lovely 5 bedroom house, with a brand new central heating boiler, new shower room and freshly painted throughout!!
