Mackintosh Place – young professional houseshare. We’re looking for people to join us on a co-operative basis, to be considered you must:

Be mature in aspect and outlook

Be prepared to contribute to all household tasks:

Including all cleaning and household chores – even if you need training!

Including cooking shared meals-even if you have to learn to cook!

This home is let on a co-operative type group basis – to apply for a place here, you must demonstrate a full commitment to joining a group who works and lives together. This means adhering to strict cleaning rotas and a commitment to pro-social behaviour. We will be looking for hardworking busy people to join us in our similar type of group.

The application and decision making process is rather lengthy so please be prepared for that!

Rent, council tax, water, gas, electric and internet costs are expected to be £450 per month (subject to usage of course!)

Note that there are 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the second floor and one on the ground floor.
