This home is let on a co-operative type group basis – to apply for a place here, you must demonstrate a full commitment to joining a group who works and lives together. This means adhering to strict cleaning rotas and a commitment to pro-social behaviour. We will be looking for people who are hardworking high level mature/postgraduate students. There are spaces in each house for anyone who is willing to comply with the contractual obligations of the household for forthcoming academic year.

We own two properties at CF24 4AN – they are both 3 storey homes with all bedrooms larger than average in the Cathays area. The properties themselves are in a perfect position for students based Cardiff University Cathays Park Campus.

One has six bedrooms (number 22), the other has seven bedrooms. (number 30)

Here is a link to number 22 Glynrhondda Street which is available on the same basis. – it is under renovation this summer so pictures of the communal areas are not available yet. This contract will begin on 18th September 2024.

Both houses have 2 bathrooms with showers and a 3rd separate WC. The kitchens are fully equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer, plenty of fridge freezer space. Ample storage space for food and kitchen equipment.
