This home is let on a co-operative type group basis – to apply for a place here, you must demonstrate a full commitment to joining a group who works and lives together. This means adhering to strict cleaning rotas and a commitment to pro-social behaviour. We will be looking for people who are hardworking high level mature/postgraduate students. You must demonstrate willing to comply with the contractual obligations of the household for forthcoming academic year.
