I’m Tina Paulakis, partner of local landlord Paddy Troy, legendary Cardiff student landlord since 1965. He’s been a landlord so long that some of his first student tenants are almost pensioners! We’ve had invites to former student weddings, Christenings, Bar Mitzvahs the lot!

I’m Cardiff born, Cardiff University graduate 1995 and 2013, sometime lawyer, teacher, bar owner, biker and beekeeper!

We have various rooms in shared houses or flats, all in Cathays and available to book for the right people.

If you are a postgraduate student looking for a room in a shared house or flat for the forthcoming academic year, come to us, we’ll try to find you a good place and can guarantee that you will only be offered places with other postgraduate students.

We have one house set aside for mature undergraduates who are returning after a placement year – these rooms are very limited and in high demand – express your interest asap!

Our other places are reserved for PhD candidates and Masters students. We always keep aside rooms for visiting researchers to arrive throughout the academic year.

We also provide a wide selection of 2/3 bedroom apartments – ideal for friends or couples to share. They don’t become available too often and our current tenants always get first refusal on our flats!

Our management company is called 57 North Road Limited. We are NOT ordinary letting agents, we don’t have the same overheads or staff so you won’t be ripped off!
