As soon as you get your confirmation letter, get in touch and we can organise viewings, WhatsApp, Skype calls, FaceTime, anything you need help you to make your decision.

I’m happy to arrange contracts from overseas, just send me a message and we can go from there. We never ask for payment until you arrive.

We have houses varying from 3 to 8 bedrooms, all of which are reserved for sensible postgraduate students only. The majority are PhD candidates and we have many Master’s level students and a few mature undergraduates. Every household is different with different personalities, we know all of our housemates personally and this is really important to us!

The contracts generally run from mid September to mid September each year. This is designed to fit around Master’s thesis commitments but we are flexible in working around PhD commitments.

The rent for our properties is always competitive and includes internet and a bathroom cleaning service. You are expected to keep all other communal areas clean and work together as a team to ensure all household chores are covered on a shared basis.

Everyone is also required to sign up to our environmental action contract, this is our personal requirement and its not negotiable!
